Corporate: Seminars and workshops available for building team-work and reducing stress.
Private Tuition
60 – 90 minute private sessions are available either at Muir of Ord or as a home visit. Ideal for those wanting an in-depth understanding of taiji, or for those wanting to gain skills out-with the usual class syllabus. £20 – 30 per hour.
Therapeutic Workshops and Seminars:
Introducing Taiji as a complement to treatments for a range of health issues for a wide range of abilities.
Changing the Rules in Sport:
Using Taiji principles to work with schoolchildren and young adults to understand alternatives to simple physical strength and aggression, with a view to discussing bullying and personal development.
